Macclesfield: NCO with Matthew Sharp, cello & baritone
Warlock Capriol suite | Mozart Madamina, il catalogo e questo (Don Giovanni) | Puccini Crisantemi | Holst Brook Green suite | Tchaikovsky Variations on a Rococo Theme Op. 33
We are thrilled to return to Macclesfield for our final concert of our 2020-21 season, when we will be joined by our Artist in Association Matthew Sharp (cello and baritone). Matthew is internationally recognised as both a compelling classical artist and a fearless pioneer, who can just as easily turn his hand to remarkable cello-playing as he can to mesmerising audiences with his vibrant baritone. He returns to the North to close our season as we play to a live audience for the first time since December 2020.
We will also be offering an online recording for the concert, which will be available to rent from Sunday 23 May until 30 May. Please follow the link below to book either your in person, socially distanced seat, or your online streaming pass.
This concert has been generously supported by the Friends of the Northern Chamber Orchestra.
